Seitech offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products sold on our website unless mentioned. Return shipping expenses will depend on the obligation of the client. You may be qualified for a credit if you return the product to us within 30 days of your request being dispatched.

To return any particular product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required which you have to contact us & obtain. Once, obtained, a return request will be originated and you will receive an email pertaining to the procedure of returning the product.

The product needs to be returned in its original package unless it is damaged, with all accessories as it was at the point when you received it.
